Designed for any individual, any age, any starting point with one or more of the following GOALS:
·Weight Management - Lose fat the right way. Proper and lasting weight management. Diet and Metabolism manipulation used.
·Goal Setting-Planning-Achievement - how be successful in the things you want to accomplish. Visualization, planning and execution.
·Muscle Development and Definition - look good and feel good. Sound Body...Sound Mind. Maximum Resistance Training and Fat burning.
·Aerobic Strength and Endurance - to build Aerobic Strength, Cardiovascular Efficiency, and Heart Health in any individual or athlete. Heart Rate Training and periodization.
·Anaerobic Strength and Speed - to build Strength and Speed in any individual or athlete for any sport. Explosive speed and strength. Plyometric and Interval work.
·Sport Specific Training - for any athlete in any sport with a focus on Speed, Agility, Endurance and Coordination. Drills and sport specific exercises employed.
These are completely customized programs. The requirements of which, are dependent upon the information, needs and goals of you the client. Most Programs involve more frequent sessions during the first month during initial Set-up (frequency for most clients is typically 1 to 3 sessions per week for up to four weeks). Group and Family Rates available. After that, sessions are less frequent (1 -2 a month depending on your needs). All programs include the following:
· Initial Free Candidate Interview and Goals Assessment
· Health Assessment and Base Fitness Assessment (developing your Macro Training Cycle)
· Testing and Progress Reporting (Monitoring your progress and success)
· Weekly Customized Training Schedule and Response Log (tweaking your Micro Training Cycle)
· 24 hour e-mail communication with your Coach
· 24 hour response phone communication with your Coach
Pricing is bought in blocks and used as you go. 1 hour Session Block Pricing:
1 Session - $125/ session
4 Sessions - $100/ session
8 Sessions - $90/ session
12 Sessions -$80/ session
18 Sessions -$75/ session
24 or more - $70/ session
*Discounts are available for Corporate groups, Family and/or Friend Sessions that train together in the same hour.
Groups or 2 to 3 - Receive 25% discount
Groups of 4 to 6 - Receive 35% discount
Groups of 7 and < Receive 45% discount
