Please note that being a part of the program in no way requires participants to enter the marathon at the end of the program’s duration.

If simply completing your 1st Marathon or besting a previous performance is your goal, this program has proven success.
The inaugural program of just 5 athletes saw two finish nearly a half hour under their goal time, one nearly run a Boston qualifying time on a measured training run in his 1st attempt at 26.2 miles, and a third personally trained athlete shave 4 minutes off her 5k, 8 minutes off her 10k, and over 1 HOUR off her marathon best.....
