I missed a workout, what should I do?▼
Don't worry! Just continue with your next scheduled workout. The app adapts to your actual training, not the plan. Consistency over perfection.
How do I report an illness or injury?▼
Tap the "Report Illness" button on your home screen. The app will guide you through a quick check-in and automatically adjust your plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?▼
1st Marathon uses Apple subscriptions. To cancel, go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → 1st Marathon → Cancel. Note: Season Pass is a one-time payment and is non-refundable.
How do I change my strength equipment?▼
Open the Training view in the app and you can update your available equipment there. Your workouts will adjust accordingly.
How do I change my cross-training preferences?▼
Open the Training view in the app where you can update your cross-training activities and preferences.
I can't train next week due to a scheduling conflict, what should I do?▼
No problem! Just mention it in your weekly reflection at the end of the week. The app will take this into account when planning your next week.
How do I delete my account?▼
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. You can also contact us through the support page to request deletion.
